That's a Wrap - 1 year on Bargain Hunt

A year on Bargain Hunt. In January, I joined the Bargain Hunt team in Cardiff at BBC Studios.

Time flashes by when you're having fun, especially when you're travelling across the Country to some of the UK's best antique fairs, and auction houses, meeting amazing collectors, contestants, and capturing sights of incredible historic relevance.

What an incredible journey it’s been!

Working on Bargain Hunt has been more than just a job – it’s been a formative experience that sharpened my filmmaking skills, deepened my passion for storytelling, and introduced me to some truly inspiring colleagues who’ve become lifelong friends.

Over my time on the show, I’ve grown so much. From writing insert scripts and comm, to getting hands-on with shooting, becoming an archive guru and even gaining valuable insights in the edit – it’s been an unforgettable ride!

Grateful for every moment and every treasure (literal and figurative!) I’ve discovered along the way. Here’s to the next adventure, and to everyone who made Bargain Hunt such a joy. ❤️
